I originally bought a bumper to bumper Premium policy (VSP# 895229) for our 2015 Cadillac SRX on 8/8/2019 and paid $1,800.00 in full up front to cover this vehicle until 2/8/2025 or 125,800 miles. On 7/12/2024 at 50,597 miles I was having a shifting issue and took it to the local Cadillac dealership for service. They indicated it needed the control modular and valve body replaced at the cost of $3328.12. They contacted Concord Auto Protect for preapproval for the work and were told they would get back to them. Bought a great policy from them. The price was right and the quality of the warranty was fair. I would recommend to friends and family that need a car warranty company. The agent got me a fair deal and it covered plenty of items for me.
Paid for my claim and car was repaired same day. The agent I dealt with at Concord Auto Protect was quick and made sure I was taken care of quick. Great people!
You may want to update you records regarding Concord Auto Protect.. They have lied, cheated, conned, and have scammed 100s of people .. Plus they do not offer a warranty or contract.. It's a worthless set of papers that are not executed and heading is a P. O Box .. All information on LLC is fake.. Do your research and check out

Awesome customer service and took care of my claim on my Honda civic. Car was repaired quickly and the agent was helpful the entire time.
please find another vehicle protection service, do not waste your money on this company...I put in a claim for my vehicle, and of course they told me that those particular repairs were not covered, what a shock...they did reimburse me some, but less than a third of what I paid to the mechanic...I then ended up selling my vehicle and was sup[posed to receive money back from my initial payment, I called at least 15 times over the past month and all I heard was sorry for the delay, the check will be mailed shortly...to this day, have not received a penny...now I am being told this company is under new management and there is no one to speak top me at this point except an answering... PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! My dealership called Concord Auto Protect on Friday, January 5, 2024, wanting to submit a claim for my vehicle. Concord told the dealership they were unable to process their request because their computer system was currently being upgraded and would call them back as soon as the upgrade was complete. Today is Thursday, January 11, 2024. No one has called the dealership or me. We have both left several messages since January 5th and receive the same response stating, "no one is available at this moment." Honest group of people and took care of my claim with no issues. Would recommend to friends and family. The price of the warranty plan was cheap as well.
Just a great company to use and did right with me on the warranty claim I had. Everything was covered and they treated me awesome.
Happy with the customer service from them. They did right by me and got my vehicle back on the road quickly. Not a single issue with filing the claim and getting covered for the repair that was needed at the time. I am happy with the service from them and will continue to recommend them.
Hard to Cancel a Contract I have 2 active contracts with Concord. I've never had to use either. Recently, I purchased a 3rd for a vehicle I purchased. When all of my follow-up questions were met from Concord with deafening silence I called 2 days later to cancel the contract & have my cc credited. Over the course of days, the 1st three calls to Concord put me in touch with people that would not cancel the contract. On the 4th call I was connected to a person that agreed to cancel the contract. While the sales people are all giddy & "Happy to help," the people I asked to cancel the contract were aggressive, rude, condescending & very slow to credit the funds back to my credit card. Not... I purchased an extended warranty and called to make a claim and was informed that they do not pay for towing which I was told that they would and that I had to pay for all repairs and then submit a claim to possibly be reimbursed. Not happy at all with the service. Do not get their warranty.
I purchased an extended warranty, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received, especially from Steve West. Steve was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, answering all my questions and ensuring I had a seamless experience. The peace of mind knowing that I have this extended warranty is priceless, and Steve's professionalism and expertise made it even better. Definitely a 5-star experience!
We purchased a used auto warranty for our 2018 Dodge ram 2500 diesel. April of 2021 with gene Harris and his exact words said this is a bumper to bumper policy like a brand new car and it was good for a 156000 miles or 2026 whichever expires 1st, So we purchased the warranty for $3100 a year .and 10 months later, we were having problems with the truck. We asked them to check the injectors as the engine was missing, when they check the injectors they all failed .Those are listed on our warranty and concord as of todays date has only offered to pay $500.00. Very easy to purchase the warranty plan. Price of the plan was good while the coverage was still good. I can not complain about anything. Happy to have coverage on my car finally.
With my situation I can not complain about anything. I have been a customer of Concord for over a year now and this is my second warranty plan through them. With my first warranty plan through them for my old car I had no repairs "thankfully" and only had a lockout situation which was taken care of. Now with second warranty plan on my newer vehicle I had a minor issue with my cars cooling system I noticed on a very hot day recently here. So I reached out to both Concord and the mechanic and it did take a few days for my mechanic to diagnose it. But the labor and parts were covered by the plan. Concord made everything easy as possible for me, which is awesome of them.
Can not complain about anything, I just bought the plan on Friday. The process to purchase the plan was quick and easy. I am happy how everything was explained to me and the agent did not rush through it. I think I made the right choice by going with Concord. The pricing of their plans were the most competitive for what you're covered for so it was an easy choice for me.
I had one repair that was needed which was related to the transmission which gave out randomly. Now I have the premium plan which covered the tow for the car to the mechanic shop I have been going to for years. Once there the mechanic went through and it was in fact the transmission when I heard the news I put Concord and the place in touch which each other. The plan really did save me with a huge bill and Concord had zero issues covering the repairs that were needed to get me back on the road. I was not asked to write a review but I wanted to solely based on how the warranty plan saved me and helped me beyond belief in a situation where it mattered the most.
Concord Auto Protect was the only warranty company that took their time helping me pick out the perfect plan and answer all the questions I had. I am happy with my purchase and think it was the right decision to make for my self right now. I have never had a warranty policy until now so this is all pretty new to me. I checked out a few other companies and Concord had the most offered at the fairest price and after speaking with them the choice was easy to make for me.
I just bought a warranty plan and got the Memorial Day discount which is awesome. The total price of the plan came within my budget so I went for it. The plan seems like it offers more enough items for me to be happy with it. I am excited to see how everything works with repairs and anything else that is needed. I would say the customer service guy was easy to speak with and took his time explaining all the perks of the certain plan.
I looked into multiple car warranty companies and Concord ended up being the best choice for me. I think the car warranty plan covers a lot of items on my car which helped me feel a lot better knowing i'm covered. The cost of the warranty in the long run will be worth it because on my last car the repairs became expensive quickly unfortunately. Another positive point about the interaction was the staff was kind about everything and made sure I understood everything about the plan. One more item I found that was great was that I can still use my local mechanic for my repair if any ever come up and still be covered by the warranty plan.
I have had Concords warranty plan for over one years already. I have dealt with their customer service for my repairs with my Lexus recently. The repairs were all covered within the plan and the amount of money I saved was well worth the purchase. The agent was always there when i needed him and no wait time phone call wise to speak with someone. A+ company and great warranty plans.
The agent I spoke with was great with assisting me with anything I needed. I had multiple questions about the warranty plan and what it covers on my Lexus, the agent took his time with me and was not rushing me at all. I felt comfortable speaking to him and he understood my needs and what I am looking for in a warranty plan. He was able to match me up with the perfect plan while being affordable.
