Overall Rating: 9 / 10 (Excellent)

Though Autopom! seems like a standard car warranty provider, they set themselves apart by their ‘any repair facility’ allowance, and their stance on deductibles, which are selected by the customers, and are inversely proportional with the monthly premium cost. These positive aspects are reflected in Autopom!’s online reputation, which is quite strong.

Claims & Repairs - 9 / 10

Autopom! requires a 30-day waiting period and 1,000 miles traveled before claims can be submitted, after which they take the unusual policy of allowing customers to visit the repair facility of their choosing. In addition to service paperwork, Autopom! also requires a deductible before processing the claim. Unlike most companies, where the deductible is a set amount, Autopom!’s deductibles are variable based on the selected plan and other options, where lower deductible policies cost more on a monthly basis.

Reputation - 9 / 10

In spite of their relatively short time in business, Autopom! has managed to accrue several positive third-party grades. At Trustpilot, this company averages an 8.9 score, and an A+ grade with the Better Business Bureau. Though they don't provide 24/7 customer support, their exceptionally high 225,000 mileage restriction, combined with its five different plans, make it a good option.

Horrible and very rude customer service from a Lisa Deneault I did not receive her email of her quote and she kept insisting that I had to have received it and was very snappy about it. I finally told her I do not program for yahoo and did not know what happened to her email. Then I found it in the spam directory. When I questioned the cost she got rude again. She said you car is 10 years old. I said no it is not. It is 8 years old. She said she didn't want me wasting her time. I said i could probably get the same price at the dealership. She shouted at me to go to the dealership. My wife overheard because I had the phone on speaker and said she was very rude. She can keep her... Read More
