Do not do business with this company. It is a complete con. The business has done nothing but give me the run around.
ADAP arbitrarily and without documentation has denied claim for service under warranty. American Dream Auto Protect sold services that it has failed to provide and done everything possible to avoid. There is a complete lack of communication and transparency. They use vague language and rely on verbal communication to lure people to purchase their product to take their money and fail to deliver.
Terrible company! Bought A warranty on my 2019 Dodge Ram 1500, and couldn't even get A single one of my claims approved! Buyers beware!
Your bill manger is completely RUDE when I cancelled the warranty ! He wanted to argue even after he said he didnt care if I cancelled or not ! This went on for 10 min and his rudeness continued ! Dont waste your time with them ! They said they would hard copy the warranty to me and did not , so I called to cancel and the billing manager started his argument !!!!!
Easily the worst warranty company I've ever dealt with. Lied to dealership and said my policy was canceled even though I paid in full upfront. They are great at manipulating these reviews and putting fake ones to make them look reputable. Look at the ones on here. They got 50 and a bunch all came in on the same day? All these sites care about is collecting their fees. It's obvious to anyone with half a brain they and their friends and employees write fake reviews. They r a scam
