Scam mlm company that markets to unsuspecting seniors for financial extortion. Initially you get about 599 phone calls until you finally let them send a rep over. That should be red flag number 1. Then they send a seemingly nice person trained to deceive seniors for financial gain to give you a fancy presentation with a requirement to sign right that moment. Then you sign a contract for financing with absolutely no written terms for a subpar loan that is outrageously different than the terms verbally given to you which you find out way later after your check is cashed. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Leaf Home Solutions. I initially paid a substantial $3,000 deposit for a bathroom shower remodel, expecting a level of professionalism and communication that would match the size of the investment. Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite their eagerness to accept my deposit, Leaf Home Solutions failed miserably in delivering on their promises. My Husband and I just had a walk-in shower installed by Leaf Home safety solutions and I would like to say that they bent over backwards to make sure we was happy and satified. I won't say that there wasn't problems at first but once the problems where The installer was meticulous with his work. There was not a flaw in anything he did. We could not be any more satisfied. His name is Zai Yancey, be sure to request him. As for Leaf Homes they made sure it is exactually what you want and that it is perfect. I would recommend them definitely.....

Leaf Home Safety Solutions installed a shower for me several months ago at a reasonable price. The installation was done in one day, but the caulking job was apparently rushed and done sloppily. I've followed up with multiple phone calls to resolve the issue. On each call, I was told that someone would contact me to schedule an appointment. Ultimately, a staff member visited my home to view the problem, took photos, and promised that someone would be in touch with me soon to schedule an appointment to re-caulk. Issue with starting the work. We signed an agreement on 8/30/2022. The following week the installer came out to confirm the measurements. The next contact from LHSS was at the end of November while we were traveling. The person indicated they needed some additional information regarding the existing dimensions. I told him we would be back December 1st. Did not hear back from anyone at the company for the entire month of December. We started calling the company at the beginning of January. After numerous calls by my wife and I and many promises of an e-mail update, we have yet to receive any updates. At this point I just want my deposit back. Five months is long enough.

Although my bathroom is not yet complete and hopefully everything will be corrected, but as of right now I am not a happy camper. Everyone involved with this project was told I wanted the shower 32” wide, contractor made it 26” wide, so now the shower head is off centered. The panels were supposed to go to the ceiling and they aren’t. The project was rescheduled twice, was told it would take two days but looks like it’s going to be two and a half. It would have gotten done in two days if the contractor would have worked more than 4 hours the first day. It seemed the contractor did not get all the information of what I wanted from the construction manager.

We just had a consultant in to give us an estimate. He was cordial and answered our questions. We were provided with three different quotes. Once we shared we had researched other companies and shared their quotes the representative started to negotiate with us. Price went from $18,200 to $12,200 if we signed contract before he left our home. After he called his “boss,” price went to $8,200.
I refuse to do business with a company that does the - I will give you our best price today but once I walk away that price expires. “Take the deal now since I will not be returning” We’re not buying a used car. Extremely disappointed.
