There is absolutely no follow thru, they tell you they are going to do something and never do it. I called twice to apply my early payment towards my next month's bill and they still applied it to the principal instead then charged me a late fee. Also they incorrectly spelled my last name, twice I have called to have them correct it and faxed them all the necessary information. The incorrect spelling is now showing up on my credit report and looks like fraud. It has been 2 months it must still be sitting on someone's desk. This is a lease I hope I can refinance with someone else.

You need to get your computer system updated . Shouldn't have to call every month to advance my due date because I'm paid ahead. This should be an option to either pay additional money to principle or apply to next month due.

I paid every month of my lease on time with only regular wear and tear on the vehicle and you wack me with a $400 end-of-lease bill.. I was told you do this on EVERY lease.. What hacks, I am so glad I left the Chrysler 'Family.' Barf
