Slickpie(www.slickpie.com) so much better than AccountEdge. It's great for my small business and for invoices. It's simple and well designed. I can send invoices automatically anywhere and anytime, repeating invoices are easy to set up with it. Highly recommend it.

Worst customer service whatsoever. Being a customer for 10+ years and they will not allow you to speak to anyone unless you have purchased support. I understand if you were having a problem on your end, but when the product is malfunctioning this makes you feel like they do not stand behind their product. When I complained I got a very rude response that is posted below. Customer service refused to let me speak to her supervisor. We have only needed to call maybe 2-3 times over the course of using this, so does not make sense to purchase support for issues that have always been on their end. Really going to have to reconsider continuing with this software due to their policies and service. My experience is similar to many who have posted, so I do not think this is an isolated incident. Easy product to use, but do not expect any type of service. Hi Denise: I was actually sitting next to Jennifer when you were on the phone with you ( I was doing chat). I think Jennifer did exactly what she’s been trained to do. You started off by saying that you had a defect – Jennifer outlined the process for handling that for customers who do not have support. This process is in place because (a) most claims of defects are actually user error and (b) if it’s truly a defect it will not be resolved over the phone. I did not think that Jennifer was rude but being that you didn’t get what you wanted – I guess you would see it that way. I don’t think it’s treating people like second class citizens when you refuse to provide a service that they haven’t paid for. From my perspective – we offer both free and paid options to our customers – (that’s not true of our competitors) and we don’t force anybody to do anything. So if you don’t want to pay for support that’s fine – we offer free email and a knowledge base. If you don’t want to wait for the response time for the free email – and you want to pay – we will sell you support and help you immediately. If you don’t want to do either of those things I don’t think it’s a realistic expectation to be passed through to support immediately. We have a phone team of 15 people with a significant number of customers who do pay us for support. So we consider that a premium service and if you want that – we ask you to pay for it. I don’t think our customers who pay for support should have to wait while we speak to somebody who hasn’t paid for support. If you think you need to move to a different software that offers free telephone support –well then I wish you well and will be sorry to see you go.
