Had technician come out (Jack Farley) to check on clinking noise as the heater was shutting down. We joked that now a service person was here, they would be no noise! But he found the problem (he was very patient) and took care of it. He also helped me find the correct air filter size, as mine was a little short. Great service and attention to detail (he also wore booties over his shoes so as not too mess up my floors) Thanks for a successful service call!
