Bright Cellars Wine Clubs Review
Bright Cellars offers a wine subscription program that gives consumers the opportunity to experience 4 new wines based on their profile every month. The company was started by two MIT graduates who matched members with wines based on their taste profile. Bright Cellars uses its own Bright Points algorithm to score wines and match clients based on their preferences.

Once a month, members automatically receive a package of wine from Bright Cellars which has been specifically chosen for them. Customers have the option to postpone, skip or cancel their orders before their monthly shipment is processed. They are also allowed to spread out their shipment every 2 or 3 months whichever is most convenient for them. Someone who is at least 21 years of age must be present to sign for all shipments.
UPS and FedEx handles all Bright Cellar shipments. Couriers will make up to three attempts to deliver the package to the client. Customers will be charged a $25 non-refundable fee for undelivered packages.
In case a customer is unhappy with their shipment, they can contact the Concierge Team which can assist them from Monday through Friday between 9:00 am CST and 5:00 pm CST. Most items are not refundable and if members receive a damaged or defective product, the company will refund at their discretion if they are notified within 30 days of the order date.
