This is the worst service on the planet. After you inform them you don’t wish to renew, they renew you anyway and don’t give the money back when they are caught red-handed. If you want misery and excuses, subscribe. There are many more online publishers that will do a better job than these jokers. Avoid this organization and their crappy customer service.

AVOID like the plague! I have no idea why this page has such a relatively good rating for Sitelio. They lure you in with their simple pre-designed page layouts (like so many others), they then bait and switch you - after you sign up for a basic/lower level plan - they then auto-renew you for $hundreds for a premium plan you never asked for, signed up for, nor used. At least I finally got them to cancel and refund all of that. BUT - even though I told them to simply stop renewing the service/domain at the time I got them to refund the massive charge they ripped me for... I discovered that they renewed the domain anyway ($16). And I just got a renewal notice again from them!... Read More
