Subscription Fine Print

Automatic Renewals. By purchasing the Services, you agree to allow PureHost to place your account on a recurring payment plan. The account will automatically be re-billed according to the term length of the Services you select. For Services with term lengths of three (3) months or longer, PureHost shall provide notice of the upcoming charge to User no later than thirty (30) days prior to the payment date for each Renewal Period. This notification will be sent to the contact email address on file for the Account. Unless you disable the automatic renewal option, we will automatically renew the Services up to fifteen (15) days before your renewal date and will take payment from the payment method we have on file. PureHost may make multiple attempts to collect payment from the payment method on file if the initial attempt is not successful.

DellHost became PureHost several years ago, which is now "powered by web.com". Since I created my website around thirty years ago (using DellHost), the support has been getting worse. PureHost support can no longer be contacted by phone or email, only by semi-automated chat. My site keeps having server 500-series and SSL reset errors. The latest problems have been occurring regularly for around 3 months.

I have been waiting for over 3 days for there so called team of engineers to get my website back up after they dropped the ball on there end. Don't trust them, they don't have it together. My website crashes about 4 times a year and takes multiple attempt to get them to do the work they promise to do. sitelock should be called sitecrash! Martin T. Peterson
