WE SPENT $17,400 FOR A WALK-IN TUB IN MARCH. THEY DID A BEAUTIFUL INSTALLATION JOB AND THE TUB WORKED WELL FOR ONLY 6 WEEKS. THE HAND HELD WAND DID NOT WORK AND AFTER SPEAKING WITH A SERVICE TECH, THEY SAID IT WAS DEFECTIVE AND A NEW ONE WAS BEING SENT AND SHOULD ARRIVE 5-7 DAYS. REALIZING DELIVERIES ARE SLOW WITH COVID, WE WAITED 2 WEEKS AND TRIED CALLING. WE LEFT MESSAGES ON BOTH 00 #'S AND AND A MESSAGE WITH OUR PROJECT MANAGER. DID AN ONLINE CHAT WITH AVA EXPLAINING OUR ISSUE AN GOT A TEXT BACK SAYING SHE WOULD RELAY MY MESSAGE TO SERVICE.
