1Dental specializes in affordable dental plans for customers nationwide. As part of its dental plans, 1Dental also includes vision care services for free. Eye care services are available from more than 50,000 participating locations nationwide.

All 1Dental insurance plans come with free EyeMed Vision care membership, which gives access to over 50,000 participating locations, including Sears Optical, Pearle Vision, LensCrafter, Target Optical, and many more. 

EyeMed Vision has unlimited frequency on usage, free choice of any available frame, laser vision correction savings, eye exams, contact lenses, and 20% to 40% savings off the retail price of eyewear.  

EyeMed Vision Care offers standard plastic lenses including single vision, bifocal, and trifocal. Members can enjoy 15% off the retail price on conventional contact lenses. Their laser vision correction also known as LASIK, PRK from U.S Laser network gives members savings of up to 15% from the retail price, or 5% off from its promotional price.

Members can also enjoy $5 off on routine exams and $10 off on contact lens exams. Frames are also available at a 35% discount off its original retail price. Lens options, frame and lenses discounts only apply when purchasing a complete pair of eyeglasses. However, if bought separately, members will still receive 20% off the retail price.

Vision Insurance at 1Dental

1Dental offers free vision plans as standard practice in conjunction with its dental plans, with unlimited usage frequency and discounts for eyewear and lenses.  This is a great way to save on vision care but may not be an option for those with existing dental insurance plans.
