RateMarketplace is a newer VA loan marketplace and was established in 2013. The company is accredited by the BBB and has an A rating. It has nine complaints against it, all of which allege that the company provided customer data to various lenders, who then proceeded to contact the customers. In each case, the company responded promptly and pledged to move the complaining customer to their unsubscribe list. Since connecting lenders to borrowers is what marketplaces such as RateMarketplace are supposed to do, these complaints do not seem particularly egregious. The company does not appear to have been involved in any serious lawsuits or regulatory actions.
