Massey’s termite protection offer free inspection of your property. This includes the attic, crawl space, and areas inside and outside.  It also provides a written inspection report of its findings, along with a recommendation for a customized termite protection program.

Its termite protection guarantee covers the cost of repairing termite damage that comes with unlimited treatment and repair guarantee. It also covers the structure and contents of customer’s home and allows them to transfer its termite protection when they sell it in the future.

The company provides corrective service at no additional charge if the customer is not satisfied with results. After 30 days, and the problem continues, Massey’s will continue to provide service at no extra charge until the customer is satisfied, or it will refund its customer’s last regular service payment.

We recently had a Massey inspector provide an inspection of our home and provide a quote for a termite service plan. We chose to use your service. The inspector scheduled the service to be performed on Friday, February 17th between 11:00 and 14:00. It is now 14:20. I have not seen nor heard from anyone at Massey. I spoke with a customer care representative at 14:10 who couldn't reach the local office to determine what is going on. The customer care rep was going to send them an email asking them to call me (really!, this is how you operate?) Had my termite protection renewed using the new bait trap system. The work was done correctly and on schedule. Massey Inspector Tara Briscoe did an excellent job.

I wish I have an option to post a picture. Massey services Inc installed Termite baits and they broke my sprinkler pipes. I got to know once my contractor dig around the leak. As it was weekend Massey customer service said they cannot do anything and as I have contractor who already digged I had to pay him 250$ and complete the work. On monday I called customer service and shared the pictures of the damage and few days later they called and said they would have repair for 20$ and I paid over and cannot reimburse, I asked them to come and do the same thing again and dont have to pay anything as I know how much work it required and the contractor did to fix it. Today Joniel Guillaume came to do my Massey termite inspection. He was very conscientious, gracious and professional. He went out of his way to make sure my "bait" stations were not going to disturb my plants. He also explained a lot about termites and the Massey bond. I had been thinking about cancelling my Massey bond that I've had for 24 years but Mr. Guillaume's excellent service made me want to definitely renew as he was very thorough and engaging.

I had these guys come in and give me a quote. The guy was about as negative as anyone I have ever worked with. He was all Doom and Gloom. Come to find out the service I needed with a warranty was offered by one of the other companies above Massey. The guy told me no one would warranty spot treatment. WRONG!!!! Maybe that is why this company is ranked higher. More polite, better service and warranty their work.
