KEEP AWAY FROM THIS FIRM. For Four years they have failed to perform for me and have only caused me to incur more tax penalties and interest. They negotiated nothing on my behalf, failed to stay in contact with me, and ignored my demands for an accounting. Basically I have been abandoned. My repeated emailed requests for a fee refund have been met with replies that they are being looked into. Zero follow up on the promise. Their failure to communicate directly with me and abandonment of my case is contrary to clear California Bar standards.
