Are used tax slayer back in April and I got an email a few weeks ago, saying to use the link they gave to access my refund. It won’t let me login because it’s asking for some code. The code I used originally is not being accepted. My refund was supposed to be 1872$ And I can’t get that money because I can’t contact anybody through any number, Email, anything. I think this is a scam.

I have used TaxSlayer for 8 years. I have never had any issues. In fact, when I locked myself out of my account because I use it once a year, I was able to call and get it resolved in less than 10 minutes. The support available and the price I pay for doing my taxes from my kitchen table is amazing. I can be at home, pay a great price to use easy software to stop and go as I please, and file my taxes when I am ready without having to make an appointment. I've never had any issues and will continue to use them as long as they keep the level of quality that they have upheld so far. Thanks!

There is NO refund NOW with TaxSlayer Refund Now loan 2018. I filed on Feb. 3 2018. I clicked on the box for the Refund Now loan and agreed to pay the 25.00 fee to the bank who handles these advance loans for TaxSlayer. I got a message that the IRS had accepted my refund. I heard nothing Monday Feb. 5th, so I contacted customer service on Feb 6th. I was told by customer service "You did not get enough of a refund to qualify for the Refund Now loan." I received a 1200+ refund with w2's from well known US corporations and I am a single filer. So there is very little risk of advancing me 500. 00. I was given no warning and I could find no where on their website the qualifying... Read More
