Yesterday, I went to Simply Self Storage in Spring Hill, FL at 14900 County Line Rd and spoke to Dell and he was very helpful and accommodating. I am a RETIRED Military veteran, and he gave me the best deal available to store my RV Trailer. Despite the technology problems giving him difficulty in setting up my account, Dell still had a positive attitude and kept at it until he got me that deal. It is refreshing to find folks like Dell who actually enjoy their job and provide customers with great service. He is definitely a valuable asset to your company. Thanks. Vr, JTC

Simply Self Storage at 6121 Spout Springs Georgia 30542. I went to my storage yesterday, I found snake skin in my unit it was about 3 to 4 feet long. I called the attendant Allen. Allen was very nonchalant with me and acted as if he didn't have a care in the world about me finding snake skin in my unit. I stated that I was concerned about everyone that had a unit there that may or would come in contact with a snake. I asked if they put anything down for snakes, Allen the attendant stated "NO" they don't put anything down for snakes. Simply Self Storage at 6901 Hawthorn in Indianapolis is Simple indeed. I stored a car there for 2 months and the first time I retrieved it someone had sawed the catalytic converter from underneath my car. When I discussed this with the attendant, she was less than sympathetic, and said that the company has not accountability for damage to a car that is stored outside. Needless to say I did not return my car to this facility and will not be doing business with this company ever again.

Wanted to leave a review, but couldn't do so on Google. (computer wouldn't allow it). Found your storage unit & staff, much to my liking. Staff was friendly & courteous. As this was my 1st use of a self storage unit in over 30 yrs., they made things pleasant & easy. thanks...........jerry

I would like to make a formal complaint about the above business. On 06/30/2018, I paid, by phone, to rent a storage unit for 3 months. On 07/02/2018, when I arrived to move into the storage, a lot of mistakes were made. First of all, I had requested that the storage unit be available for me to move in when the gates open at 6am, so that I would be able to unload and turn the Uhaul in by 11am. The storage unit said that it would be no problem since I had already paid my $450. Once I arrived, however, there was a lock on my unit, causing me to have to wait until the worker arrived at 9:30 am.
