I had no issue receiving my refund from Mobile Stairlift. I was given instructions on how to return it and it was processed immediately once they received my stairlift back. The customer service representative was very helpful and understanding. I would recommend this company to anybody.

This company states that you have 14 days to return the chair if dissatisfied. We have had the chair for nine days and are unable to use it. My 86 year old father, who is hard of hearing and disabled has spent all day trying to get the instructions for returning. We have sent 4 emails thru the website and have spoken with a representative with no luck. We were promised the information by end of business today. I believe they are stalling with the information so that we cannot return it within the 14 day period.
