This must be a paid site....they are a scam! They took monthly payments from me, told me I had a 10k out of pocket max, then I had a heart attack and they only are paying 250 dollars and I have a 80,000 bill!!! They said I have exhausted my benefits and they wont pay anything more. Also there was a 2k per day hosp bed max but they wont even pay that, nor the ambulance, etc. They DO NOT have a good rating on BBB. DO NOT LISTEN TO THIS WEB SITE!!!!
Who do i believe? What you put out or what others who have this insurance are saying?
Looks like you have garbage for service to me

I was sold my plan from a broker Hector Benitez with The IHC Group based on what I shared with him and I was told the copay when I am sick is $50 per visit with a certain allowable visits per period. I was also told Kelsey Seybold my preferred provider is in network. It turns out my sick visit is not covered which is different than what I was told and what my plan documentation says. This is gross misrepresentation and I would like to cancel my plan immediately and recieve a full refund for my January payment. The dental plan he sold me was also useless and I have already cancelled that.
