Good Day Reverse Mortgage is Definately a five Star Company. I was in the financial (Mortgage and Banking) field for over 25 years before retiring in '2008. The most important thing you can provide is Customer Service and keep your client informed at all times. Janette Heyl is definately my kind of business professional. She is very patient and walks you through the whole process. Our many phone calls and tons of questions were answered immediately.
