Do Not use this company. They have appraisers that lowball the valuation. The incompetent lied on the appraisal, as an example stating flooring was in average shape when it was less than 2 years old tile and engineered wood, and no updates when a new $4K alumawood patio cover had just been installed. Said community was less than average. I live in a gated community built around a private golf course. Also said the market was slow when homes in the same community were going into escrow in less than 1 week being on the market and for well over asking. The appraisal came in at $435K. All Reverse did charge a loan origination fee and closing costs of about $17K on my loan, contrary to what it says at the top of this website's page. Didn't have the good luck of working with Kim Jones. Rick Williams was OK but not knowledgeable about FHA inspection requirements.
When we started investigating reverse mortgages, we knew it wouldn’t be easy. We were finishing up construction of our owner/builder new home and had some work left to do, but with interest rates rising wanted to get on with it. It was a real pleasure to work with All Reverse Mortgage. Kim Jones was absolutely wonderful, extremely responsive, very knowledgeable, always followed up and a real joy to work with. Tiffany, on the processing side, was very responsive, extremely helpful, always responded timely. I can’t say enough nice things about Kim and Tiffany. The notary was also really good, very detail oriented and went over everything and was by far the best notary that I can recount based on my past experiences; having refinanced several times previously.
Kim and All Reverse Mortgage were amazing. Another lender told me that I didn't have enough equity to do a reverse mortgage at all but Kim did it. I've done several refis and none have been quicker or simpler. I collected a mountain of documents I expected they would want based on previous experience and almost all of it went unused. I am thrilled. It was easy.
Working with Kim Jones and the excellent staff at All Reverse Mortgage was a great experience. We used Lending Tree to initiate contact with reverse mortgage lenders. It created numerous contacts from various lenders, including All Reverse Mortgage and Kim Jones. The number of contacts via Lending Tree can be a little overwhelming, but quickly I was able to determine those that were just selling and those who wanted to help. I have the greatest peace of mind. I’m so glad we got Kim Jones on the telephone. It was overwhelming to think about the reverse mortgage, but Kim and Raven made it wonderful and so easy. Financial planning is much more complex when you are retired. If you have a home with a lot of equality, there are only two ways to tap into that equality. One is to sell your home, move to a place that has less value and keep the equality that remains. Second is a reverse mortgage. Once retired with no job, thus no job income, which is primarily what banks look at; a traditional home equality line of credit can be difficult to secure. However, with a reverse mortgage line of credit, you remain in your home with no monthly re-payments and the line of credit amount value will increase over time. I contacted AllReverse Mortgage after I read the reviews of several jumbo reverse lenders…which all seemed to be very good, but AllReverse Mortgage had an “answer” man, ARLO, which piqued my interest. My first human contact was Kim Jones, who explained what a Jumbo Reverse could do for my wife and me. She answered all my questions with good knowledge and then sent a form for me to fill in the answers so that AllReverse mortgage could send an estimate of what returns I could expect and what my heirs could expect. Reverse mortgage financing is more complicated than the regular finance market. There are more parties involved, the federal government being one. The layers of requirements and regulation is deeper. I started with AAG but they wanted to send me a DVD to review. That was not for me. I wanted information now. I thought Kim Jones was informative, pleasant, professional and an excellent representative for All Reverse Mortgage. Everything was done in a timely, professional manner. Kim was awesome, which is the reason I chose this company instead of the other company I interviewed. That initial feeling was definitely born out through the process. The experience was everything she described, even though we had some issues with our home. We were glad to discover them and rectify the problems. Kim deserves accolades. She's very good.
It all started with the reverse mortgage company my parents were with sold the servicing to a sub-standard company ( 1 star in online reviews). Yikes, I needed to find a new company for them. You see my parents are 87 and HATE change. I researched and found All Reverse Mortgage. I received a reverse mortgage from All Reverse in Orange County, CA. I have nothing but absolute praise for Kim J and Tiffany K who processed my loan; they were very patient, caring and promptly responded to my emails or phone calls. They made sure that I understood the loan completely, and immediately answered all my questions. One of the liens on my home was difficult to pay off; they worked with me and the lien holder to clear title--not an easy task. If I ever wanted to refinance, I would use them again. I am grateful for their vast knowledge and experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reverse mortgage!
I am a single woman over 70 and when choosing a reverse mortgage I went to many sites and finally because of the rating of All Reverse Mortgage made them my choice. I am so glad I did as the President was the 1st person I spoke to there and he was so kind and helpful. He answered all my questions and never did I feel pressured. He gave me so much info and advice. He sent me email info so more questions could be put at ease.

This was a very good experience. They did all of the paperwork and worked around everything for us. They came to our home to sign the papers for the loan which was very convenient since we are older. Very nice people!!

I highly recommend All Reverse Mortgage! Their professional, clear, an honest approach, made the process very easy. I had a lot of questions, all were answered quickly, and I was given both the benefits and costs of my decisions. Their loan options were far and away the most diverse of any company I looked at.
