Windows produced are made from composite Fibrex which lasts longer and perform better than ordinary glass. Blindsided We needed to replace about 30 windows in our 25-year-old home. I conducted quite a bit of research to determine which company to go with. Each company visited us, measured windows and sent us a quote. Renewal by Anderson (RA) is different however. RA requires that both spouses participate in a 90-minute sales pitch, which concludes with a “commit contractually now” discount. We were impressed with the window quality even though the price was almost twice as much as the second contender, Pella. There has to be better options for windows and patio doors. Our 3 panel door was bowing in the middle. The door opened easily, it just looked bad. Service worked on it and determined it needed to be replaced. They left the door virtually unusable so they came back out and made it slide slightly better. My wife still cannot open it, I have to do it. Original service call was May 22. Today, July 1 I was told they had to reorder from factory last Friday. Five weeks have gone by. Now they say it will be Aug 13th to reinstall the door. Do yourself a favor and do not use Anderson.

We just replaced 12 windows and put in a French door. So far, we love the windows, but it's only been a week. The install was 2 days and done efficiently . They cleaned up everything, however some plants were broken and burned by the plastic they left on them. Only one member of our crew of 4 spoke English, making communication frustrating. Before they left the windows were inspected and 2 screens were found to be slightly damaged. The company has promised to replace them in a few weeks. Fingers crossed. I redid my whole house with their windows. It was more then expected but I couldnt be happier with my decision. My bills went from $240 a month to $110. I was told that it usually helps by 30% but this was over 50%. If your on the fence of getting these windows just get them. I never thought i would have my bill so low. Plus i had an issue with one of the windows about 6 years after they installed them. They came out and fixed it for free.

Purchased windows 8000.00 last March 2018 we have had service here about 10 visits now that its getting colder we have condensation since Oct 2018 was told this is norml blinds blocking heat etc we were given a booklet on condensation today Jan 2019 i now have ice my daily chore is to wipe off moisture from windows this is the biggest mistake we have ever made where do we turn they washed there hands of the problem

TOP rated, GREAT no pressure sales agent, extremely knowledgeable. The product is 2nd to none. There are cheaper products but this is our home. I don’t want cheap with bad reviews. So bad they had to cha he their name. I can not recommend Replacement by Anderson. Oh and they have great, low interest financing.

Replaced picture window with 3 double hung renewal by Andersen windows. Also replaced crank out kitchen window with double hung. AWESOME job! Sales rep (Kevin) was great. Even showed up on day of install to make sure everything was going well. Installation team was prompt, polite, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. Absolutely love the finished product!

Need a new replacement bay window. The rep came to do the home inspection. I wanted a Bay Window and cost for $10,900. She did not give me a discount. I went for the shipper model for 7,900 and told her that I would contact her to see which window I was going to choose. I send her an email to select the 3 panel casement window. She never call me, nor responded to my email. Still waiting....Lack of responsibility.

I have eagerly awaited my first electric bill following installation of our Anderson Windows on June 14 & 15 2018. I was very disappointed in the fact that there was no savings at all, let alone significant savings in our electric usage or charges. We were told that our windows would block 98 per cent of outside heat and we have not experienced this with this 2nd bill after installation. I tried to contact our sales representative and after ringing several times the call was just dropped, no option to leave a message. What is going on?

I had a fire in my house and had the person from Anderson come out. He was going to see his sick mother and when he came back give me a quote. I left a message after ample time and never heard from them. Second message and nothing. Absolutely horrible customer service. i called corporate and still heard nothing in response. I am surprised. but since insurance was paying they propabably were not getting there high margins so the salesman just left the sale
