DaBella does more than just window replacement, however, this review is specific to a work order for 5 windows to be replaced. Four standard windows and one bay window. The following is how it played out and why I cannot recommend DaBella as a vendor. Sales: 1) The two people that came by the house (street soliciting) were nice people. One was obviously the lead and did the sales work. 2) We walked through and talked about the windows that needed replacement due to a breach in the windows causing internal streaking and loss of gas. We agreed to the windows that needed replacement. 3) We did purchase the triple pane, krypton gas filled windows for less heat transfer. All... Read More
Paid $68,000 for doors and windows from this company and a year later the sliding door in still inoperable.
About to file a law suit, I have reached out repeatedly and nothing has been done.
