It is 5 years old. We replaced a previous model that started freezing over and the top refrigerator did not stay cold. Now this one is doing the same thing. Food in the freezer is hard as a rock and the top is warm. Horrible product. Customer service is also horrendous. Can not speak to a person.

Don’t even bother considering this model. I purchased one at Gerhard’s in January, with an estimated date of February 28 to be in stock. That was pushed to March 6, then March 12, and now mid-April but I’m being told could likely be pushed beyond that.
