Is this review a joke? Please google Samsung refrigerators and ice maker or fan noise or defrost - and you will find hundreds (if not thousands) of real customer complaints about Samsung refrigerators. There was even a class action suit on the ice maker issue, and there should be one on the defrost issue. I am shocked that anyone would rate Samsung refrigerators highly.

I brought Samsung RF23M8590SG black SS last year, paid $4300 at Best Buy. Yesterday my husband forgot to close the freezer door tight after having ice cream. This morning I close the freezer tight and set the temperature to -8 and after 3 hours it’s still not cooling. I unplugged the refrigerator for few minutes and plugged back in and waited 3 hours and freezer still not cooling. The worst part, the wine drawer and two door top is not cold enough like before after I put it to the lowest temperature. We use to have a $900 Frigidaire and my husband forgot to close the freezer door one night and the next day it worked fine. I don’t how much is going to cost to repairs my one year old... Read More
