24K RushCard is a version of the prepaid Visa® debit card issued by UniRush Financial Services. Cards are used the same as a bank debit card. Customers can deposit funds into cards at certain retail locations, through card transfers, or through mobile check deposits. They are then able to withdraw cash, make purchases, and pay bills online. UniRush was founded in Ohio in 2003 by music entrepreneur Russell Simmons, and was purchased by Green Dot Corporation in 2017.

With the 24K RushCard, customers get a long list of features and benefits. These include online account management, bill pay, mobile check deposits, and ATM withdrawals. The card also has extra services like cash rewards, refer-a-friend bonuses, and even personalized financial counseling. 24K RushCard has two plans that offer different fee structures. The flat monthly fee with unlimited purchases costs $7.95, or $5.95 if you use direct deposit. The pay-as-you-go plan offers a simple $1.00 per purchase charge. Additional fees can be added for card-to-card transfers, over-the-counter cash withdrawals, and for requesting your balance at an ATM. The 24K RushCard is ideal for consumers who don't have access traditional credit cards or banking accounts.

It is not required for customers to submit to a credit check to obtain the 24K RushCard. Also, there is no minimum balance to maintain. However, there are daily deposit limits: $2,999 for cash deposits and $2,000 for card-to-card transfers. Customers should also be aware that the 24K RushCard has a maximum balance limit of $10,000. As previously mentioned, the card offers two plans: unlimited and pay-as-you-go. The RushCard unlimited plan charges a monthly fee ($7.95 OR $5.95 if you receive a payroll/government benefit direct deposit in the prior month) but does not charge transaction fees. The Pay-As-You-Go charges $1.00 per purchase.
