I used this company for 4 months and it was a struggle dealing with them upon every invoice submitted. They were constantly rejected. Or canceled saying they received double invoice. It was just always frustrating. Emailing invoices. Never receiving reimbursement. Having to follow up. Etc. I canceled.
Do not use this insurance company. They are in Ontario. The few that work from home don’t know what they are doing. You can submit a simple invoice over and over and over and they will keep saying it was not received. The end result, 6 weeks later you might get a partial refund. I canceled in frustration after three months. Very incompetent.
This company is not based in Ontario Canada. It is home based on Florida.
The customer service is terrible. Poor communication/response time. Incompetent losing invoices/medical records. Long delays in processing. After multiple attempts to rectify I finally had to cancel policy.
I bought an insurance for my dog March 15th, she had an accident on March 23. According to the contract, she was covered for accident the same day. They denied the claim, saying that it was during the grace period ? I phone them refering to the contract, so they change their version and said that it was a illness ??. They have the full report of my vet indicated that SHE INJURED HERSELF. I DON'T RECOMMENDED THIS INSURANCE.
