ADP is a business services provider that offers a wide range of cloud, web, and software payroll and employee management solutions for business of all sizes. The company currently serves more than 700,000 clients worldwide. ADP’s various packages allow employers to manage payroll, time & attendance, recruitment, benefits, HR services, and outsourcing. ADP also ensures businesses conform with federal and state tax laws avoiding penalties and allows employees to track their time with a variety of time tracking solutions.

ADP breaks up its offerings by business size, but generally speaking packages are tailored to fit:

ADP offers 4 plans for small businesses. They are Essential, Enhanced, Complete, and HR Pro. All offer payroll and tax services, as well as federal and state forms, healthcare, insurance, and retirement resources. All plans also offer online access for employees. Enhanced, Complete, and HR Pro expand services to offer poster compliance, state unemployment insurance, and garnishment pay services

The top two small business plans offer more robust HR integration services, while the HR Pro plan adds an employee discount program, work-life assistance, trainings, and legal assistance

Midsize Business Solutions (50-999 employees)

ADP offers one, highly customizable option for medium sized business called ADP Workforce Now. The package contains five core services and customizable add-on modules. Pricing is determined by the company's size and specific needs.

I have been using ADP for a few years now. I think ADP has the worst call center I have ever used for issues with my service. I am a very busy business Owner and when I have to wait up to 45 minutes to get someone on the other end of the line to answer a question or to resolve an issue. It's highly unusual that the first person you talk to is able to help resolve the issue. They always send you to another dept. which may take another 30-40 minutes to get someone to answer. When they do they are going to ask the same questions that the previous person asked. No communication between teams. I was forced to use this company after wellsfargo stopped doing payroll and got error after error when I tried to process my payroll. after I called their line of endless bots I was told the issue was resolved just to learn 2 weeks later my account had been terminated. No "I can reactivate it for you." or anything just yeah its terminated bye. worst company ever.

Do NOT USE ADP! They do not care about their customers. They make endless numbers of mistakes and customers are left to clean it up by spending hours on the phone.
