FamilyTime is a Tokyo-based tech company and creator of the parental control app by the same name. FamilyTime features GPS real-time tracking, customizable safe perimeters, an SOS button, app blocking, new contacts alert, a "time bank" that allows children to save phone usage time for later, and speeding alerts. The mobile app has versions for iOS, Android, and Kindle.

DON'T FALL FOR THE "FREE TRIAL" It's BS! Signed up for a free trial, was told credit card WOULD NOT be charged until trial ended. However, card was charged immediately. When I attempted to download the app, I discovered it was a scam. Within an hour, I cancelled the free trial and adamantly stated NOT to charge my card. Was told "Don't worry, your card will not be charged." However, it already was. I expressed my displeasure at having my card charged and was told they had "already notified billing" and a refund would be processed. Warning do not waste your money! I worked with their support for over a month and could not get it to work. The only way to talk to billing is through email. I was told that I would get a refund and 5 months later still have not gotten one. The emails always read “Our billing department is currently processing your refund issue.” I have worked as an IT engineer 30 years and this is the worst software company I have worked with. Do not use FamilyTime and save yourself time, money, and headaches.
DOESN'T WORK AND WON'T REFUND. Read that it works between parent's Droid and child's I-phone. None of the functions the app provides are displayed...specifically monitoring messages. The reports list nothing, just say the log isn't available. While traveling with my child the locator didn't update and had their phone location several states away. I requested a refund and was told it would take 15-21 working days...after a handful of follow up emails with this company past this period I still haven't received a refund...2 1/2 months later. I've been strung along and told "not to worry about it".
scam, fraud, they charge you and the app does not work! called customer service they will tell you to install and reinstall, then they will tell you "You should have cancelled within the 3 day refund window.
I am tech savy and this app is junk! Not sure how they have sooooo many great reviews.
This is a scam and fraud. Charge just showed up in my account and after some research I found an email address. I contacted them and after 4 days of total denial of the charges I went to my bank and cancelled my card to prevent further charges. RUN!!!
This app does NOT work well on ios devices. You don't get all the features that you get if using an android device. I was not able to find the differences anywhere on their website but was told by an customer service rep when I reached out to get help. I do not recommend if you have an ios device that you want to monitor.
This app is not as advertised, the features don’t work if you have IOS & Android. I asked to cancel my membership & that has been a HUGH undertaking. I found the app to be super basic & useless & a complete pain to cancel. AVOID
I recently downloaded Family Time based on y'alls recommendation, the price and the quick customer service. I had some additional questions prior to purchasing the app and they were very helpful. However once I had everything downloaded and ready to go I realized that this app is not what you say it is. If you have 2 different operating systems this app does NOT work properly as advertised. Also, the ability to set timers or block certain apps (which is a must have feature for me) is NOT available on IOS. This app seems very basic and should be free in my opinion. I have contacted customer service for a refund.
I was disappointed in this app. Features you would want to try out during the 3-day trial were not available. Then, to get those features, you need to purchase an annual plan. When you start to sign up, they immediately offer you a discount, which if you take and sign up with, you cannot be refunded if there is an issue. I had multiple issues trying to set up the app to monitor my children's app usage, and the customer service rep on the chat asked me to remove apps on my devices and delve into the background of my device that I was not comfortable doing. This should have been MUCH easier to configure.
Took a few minutes form welcome to customer support until actual contact was established. Once started, all questions answered fully and quickly. Links were expeditiously provided to take care of my concerns. Thanks go out to Rick for providing top notch service.

Customer support has been awesome. I have recommended this app to several people I work with. One is going to talk to their wife and possibly get the app for themselves. I give it 5 stars out of 5. Love it.

The issue I had was about controling desktop screen time which the app can't control
L'applicazione a mio avvio in inglese è molto buona e valida. Purtroppo la traduzione in italiano non è buona. Molte parole non sono tradotte e alcuni pulsanti per questo motivo funzionano al contrario. Ma non appena si è capito è superabile. Il supporto è molto attivo e veloce.
A mio avviso con una bella revisione della traduzione sarebbe ottima.
E' molto bello vedere che oggi ci sono persone e aziende come questa che si prendono cura dell'educazione digitale delle famiglie.
