Overall Rating: 3.7 / 5 (Very good)

ESET Parental Control is limited in its scope–the app is only available on Android devices and can only cover a single device at a time. However, it makes its case by offering a good selection of features, particularly location related ones, and providing a free version to consumers. In addition, the ability to pay for two years up front at a discounted price further raised ESET's marks.

ESET Parental Control Features & Services

Features & Services - 4.5 / 5

Although ESET mentions that they have several filtering options, they do not name them specifically. This is because they all fall under their age-appropriateness filter, which makes it so parents can rest easy knowing their children won't access inappropriate websites. ESET Parental Control also offers several usage control and monitoring features, in particular when regarding apps, as well as flexible and powerful locator services.

The android phone stopped working as a phone. It could no longer call, receive calls, text or receive texts. The company recommended I remove their app to see if the android phone would work as a phone and messaging device. It did. After that, they stopped responding. They supported me (kind of) until the two months had past. Now, they have my money, and I have a code for a p.o.s. software package that makes the phone unusable as a phone (Yes, you can still play games, but the game playing is what I wanted to limit!)
