They can them redeem their points as gift cards, travel miles, or cash via PayPal. Points can be used to get rewards from over 75 retail, restaurant, and travel partners. Unless specifically noted on the partner catalog page, the shipping and handling of rewards products is entirely free.

Registering with MyPoints is a quick and easy process. After filling out the information required by the short sign-up questionnaire, users are free to experiment with all the different ways they can get points and spend them. Users can also download the company's companion app* in order to complete surveys on mobile.

I've been using my points for over 12 yrs and every email used to be a click and get 5 points one, now only a few are. They very rarely have surveys that I qualify 4, I mean like maybe once every 6 months. It used to be great, it took like a yr to earn decent point just by clicking emails but if you did sign up 4 anything that u were planning to buy or sign up 4 anyway you earned a lot of points and then id get a walmart gift card for like 75 bucks and it was great. Ofcourse the 1 time I actually spent money and signed up 2 donate 2 a charity I already planned on signing up 4 they didnt even record that I had done it and I had to contact them to fix it. Program is going down hill. If you start to utilize it and answer lots of surveys, use coupons, shop and accumulate points they will deactivate your account for no reason and say you violated their Terms of Use. So beware! They have recently deactivated a LOT of accounts for no reason at all. Unfortunately, they don't want to pay out for having you do the work which is unfair when you spend hours on surveys and watching videos. Their Customer Service will not give you a clear answer of the Terms you violated.

I have found MyPoints to be a declining program. I don't get that many emails that I get points for clicking on anymore. They want me to watch 30min videos (that won't play) for 5 points. And when you have a problem, for example with the surveys, you can't get help. I haven't done surveys for at least a year because you do 10 minutes worth of question to find you don't qualify and get a lousy 1 point. Now that I'm furloughed due to Covid I tried to do a survey, answered 1 question to which it told me my answers didn't match and locked my account. I'm not sure if I mistyped something or there's a bigger problem, but I can't get help from customer service. They wouldn't answer me at... Read More

This company is a fraud. They disqualified me for no legitimate reason. I have over 11,000 points, but can only redeem less than half. I have sent them emails for over three weeks, asking for an explanation; all I get back is a "canned" response. Let's see what their board of directors has to say about their lousy customer service and fraudalent service.
