FitTrack really shines once users have integrated its smart devices into their daily fitness routines. The company’s smart scales and smartwatch feature advanced technology and deep insight into a number of body metrics. However, these devices need user data in order to provide actionable suggestions and personalized programs. Because of this, we recommend FitTrack for more independent consumers, who will at least have an idea of what they want to work on when they buy the company’s products and/or after finishing its 14-day HIIT program.
