I had the best experience with the North team location. My mover backed out at noon for a 1:00 move schedule. Had to be out by 4:00 same day. Immediately called Two Men and a Truck to see if they could help. The dispatcher was WONDERFUL. She kept calling until she found a crew that was willing to help at the last minute. Three men, Adrian, Lendell and OJ showed up and had me moved before the deadline. Everything was moved with care and consideration. I can't say enough good things about this company and the crew that I had the pleasure to work with.

After my move with this company I found I am missing a gold necklace my girlfriend had given to me as a birthday present. Before I wrote this I searched through all of my belongings, but came up empty. It was a sports related necklace and, I remember discussing the sports team to whom it was related to with one of the movers, who was also a fan of the same team.

WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER! I will give kudos to two employees at this location -- Joanie and Tyquan. They are the ONLY ones who have followed the Two Men and a Truck mission statement! The driver Keon was extremely unprofessional in his handling of a situation that arose and the manager T and field operations supervisor Carlos have been of little assistance in resolving my issues. If I could give a ZERO rating I most definitely would. I had an interstate move from Atlanta to Jacksonville. The packing of my home seemed to go smoothly -- however, I had requested and received a quote for boxes for my 65" TV and my wall art which were not on the truck when they arrived. They... I would have to give a minus rating to this company in Utah. My kids used them because they used the a year before with no problems. This time they had huge problem. My son told the movers to leave one room to him to pack because it contained his guns. Amazingly a 3rd mover showed right up in his private car to "help". When all was said and done and house was moved my son realized one of his guns was missing. He called movers they said check every box, which they did..no gun. Called movers back and they said all the guys were honest, no way would they steal. So next my son called the police and reported it. Now TMT will not even answer their phone. Hindsight of course my son should have... Read More

Do NOT hire Two Men and a Truck in Columbus Ohio! They are careless and dishonest. They refused to put the plastic covers I had purchased on my mattress and box springs to help protect them during the move. They were careless and I found a major tear on the underside of the mattress. The movers denied that they tore it of course. I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and talked with an attorney because this matter will probably end up in court. If you value your belongings, you will not want to hire this company.

I contacted this company for moving from Port Charlotte FL to Little Rock AR (1070 mi). It is moving from storage unit of 750 cubic ft to garage in house. 80% packed boxes and couple items like recliner chair and rocking chair. No dragging it from house, no putting them to the rooms, no disassembly, no reassembly, no wrapping, no padding. It also included Harley motorcycle with additional 150 cubic ft space. I had some quotation from $4k to $6K and wanted to see how much a low cost service would quote for this project. The woman responding to my call without asking more too many details provided ballpark quote of $10 to $11K. So much for the low cost moving. Beware of this scam.

My parents hired Two Men and a Truck to pack and move their house; the packers they sent spent more time smoking than actually packing, and left the house stinking of marijuana, and when my parents complained, they basically abandoned the job. Then, when the movers arrived, they failed to move quite a bit of their furniture -- including dressers, lamps, shelves (they moved the book cases, but left the shelves), chairs, etc. They've left my parents without any place to reasonably stay! In the past I've been quite happy with Two Men and a Truck, but after this experience I would firmly encourage everyone to look elsewhere!

I used Two Men and a Truck, located at 840 Victory Drive in Howell Michigan and won't use them again. I've used this company multiple times and found them to be decent - until this time. The movers arrived at 9:15 am and did not finish until 11 pm. They moved my elderly aunt to a two bedroom apartment, and many of the items had been moved already; this was not a large move. They were supposed to pack her up, but left 3 carloads of items that we had to haul-including dishes from the kitchen cabinets! They spent 4 hours packing less than half a china cabinet (56-plates and bowls and 24 goblets; not even 1/4 full) and used my aunt's bubble wrap because they didn't bring any. They stood... We used 2 Men & A Truck for the 3rd time today (9-15-21) and it will be the last time. We had great service on all 3 moves but our 3rd move was across a state line… by less than 100 yards, and they said they charged me a flat rate. Well the estimate was for 3 men, 1 truck estimated at 4.75 hours. It took the 3 guys less than 2.5 hours because we had many of our item shrink wrapped and quilted and reduced the items to be loaded on the truck. When I tipped the workers the driver said unfortunately we have to charge you the full rate of $951.25 because it was across state lines… remind you it was less than 100 yards and it took them half the time to move the items and we even reduced the... Out of the stockbridge ga franchise…. Arrived an hour and a half late. Did not wear masks, did not have mattress covers as specifically quoted over the phone when setting up the reservations. The young men had no moving straps, just a dolly and scratched my newly painted walls. The team lead told us the operating mgr took the moving straps off the truck and that while they charge hourly him and his team can move us on the side with their own company for a flat rate. In addition they asked us the homeowners to go to the store and buy them Gatorade? What the heck is going on here? These are supposed to be professional movers.

I used this company to unload a truck that was packed by a different moving company. They were careful, quick and affordable had no issues. Hired them again to move me across town and that's when the issues began. They do not have large trucks. They do not tell you this when you send them a list of your items. They will do a second run. But don't bother to tell yo that. You are then calling every friend you know who as a truck to take the rest of your belongings. You call the office and they inform you they will do a second run if they misquote the amount needed to be moved. But your friends truck is loaded down and they haven't even started unloaded your things yet. They were... Read More

DO NOT, and I repeat, DO NOT hire these folks to do your move, particularly the franchise in Grand Junction, Colorado. They did thousands of dollars of damage to our belongings. They lost items, DROPPED expensive pieces of furniture, did not have or provide covers for mattresses, bounced our washing machine down the stairs, etc., etc., etc. Then, they would not respond to calls, emails, or certified mail. They told us that our belongings would be covered for full value, but at the end of the day reneged on that, saying that the document that was signed on a tablet, in the sun, after the move, stated differently. They said they would replace the missing glass shelving for one of... Read More

Do not use Two Men and a Truck if you are looking for good customer service and the honesty. I recently I moved to Pasco County fl and used this company. The movers Eric and Vashoon great guys. I wish I could say the same for the office. I was given a time when movers would arrive from Dave time came and went. I was given another time guess what movers still didn't arrive. It was almost three hours from the time that was originally given to me. I was told that the move that preceded mine ran over. To add insult to injury I was told someone would call me to discuss the issue. No one ever called me. I called a week later and was told I would not be given any type of reimbursement. Ryan said... I made my reservation with Joe of the Two Men and a Truck franchise in Oldsmar, FL several weeks in advance of my moving date, Wed., May 26, 2021 (today). At the time of the phone reservation I was told by Joe that my requested date of May 26th was a good date for them. Two men were supposed to arrive between 9:30am and 10:30am. Instead, I got a call shortly after 8:00am from a driver who informed me he was switched to another job and would not be coming. He was unable to provide any additional information. Several calls to the Oldsmar office were met with requests to leave a message, which I did. It has been several hours and no one has had the courtesy of returning my calls to... Read More

We used the Wilmington, MA location to load our U Haul, they were not experienced it took them several hours they almost didn't get everything in and when we got to our destination several furniture pieces were damaged. I have filed a claim but now the contact person will no longer respond. Never use this company to load a U Haul that you plan to drive to another state. The representatives in Kentucky who unloaded our items were excellent.

THEY DID NOT COME. We scheduled our move weeks in advance. They were supposed to arrive at 8:30 AM and they called at 8:15 and bailed. No other options were presented, barely even an apology. We were left with our entire house packed up and our lease ending that day with no options. This business is absolute garbage. Don't bother scheduling a move with them unless you want to be up a creek without a paddle at the last second.

I had a nightmare experience with Two Men and a Truck. The job was to do a relatively simple move of my bed frame, desk and appliances. The inexperienced movers they sent on this job disconnected the water line to my refrigerator without shutting off the main water and I ended with 30+ gallons of water flooding my kitchen, dry wall, and cabinetry. I called their supervisor (Clayton Beatty) to inform him of the situation. He then called the owner of the Kissimmee location (Jonathan Crain) who instructed his guys to cancel the job immediately because they knew they messed up BAD! They then unloaded all my belongings from the truck, and dropped them in my oil stained garage and left!!!... Read More

I hired Two men and a Truck from San Antonio, Reindeer Trail location on Feb. 20, 2020. My request was to move my furniture from a storage unit in Floresville, TX to our home in Bandera, Tx. Cory and Damien were the two man team. I could not have been more pleased with the efficiency and speed at which they worked. I had specific items I was after them to move. Mostly the furniture and kitchen items. And my box of shoes that were not supposed to go to storage. Needless to say, they had to do some digging and sorting in 2 storage units. I was amazed. Both worked diligently and with great speed and care. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get good people to do the job. Two thumbs up... Read More

OUR MISSION ”The mission of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is to continuously strive to exceed our customers' expectations in value and high standard of satisfaction.” Instead, what happened to us was the ”Move from Hell”! This past August, we contracted with the Shakopee, MN office of Two Men and a Truck to do our short distance move. Our problems began when only two people arrived despite the fact that we were promised 3 people due to the fact that we had some very heavy furniture. The movers that were sent were very friendly but incredibly careless. As many movers do, they loaded some of our items in large cardboard boxes on a dolly to get them to the truck. The problem was that they... Read More

I used this company in Greenville,SC. I had the move today and had my sister stand in for me as I was in another state. They did a great job moving everything I had to a storage unit down there and the price they told me it was going to be end up being cheaper then what they told me. I would use this company again and am so happy with them. If anyone needs a trucking company (The one located in Greenville, SC I would definitely recommend them.

They gave a reasonable quote and did a 2 bedroom home move within the city. Excellent service no piece of furniture was not even dented. Very polite workers. We are now moving interstate and will consider them without hesitation. The final invoice was even lower than the estimate and they explained that we had helped them by preparing many boxes therefore there was packaging only of the furniture.

Be careful when using them. I was given an estimate of $475. Immediately upon showing up the movers said "whoever completed your estimate had no idea what they were doing." But of course at that point I was stuck, as I had to move that day. My total ended up being $698.93 a massive difference of $223. I would shy away from using them in Memphis. I understand an estimate is just that, a quote or estimate. But I turned down other offers far cheaper than $698. Upon filing a claim I was called Monday 8/12/19 and told "I will call you back tomorrow." It is now Friday 8/16/19 and I have still heard nothing. Completely unprofessional. If you're looking for movers at a reasonable rate... Read More
