Really terrible experience. Made promises they didn't keep. Took a large deposit. Do not hire them!
I did not realise that a strange moving company called We Care for You would show up with a too small truck, call a second truck, take everything to the warehouse and throw most of it into a third truck. No attention was paid to fragile or crushable notations on boxes. Items were crushed and broken. My bed frame, the frame and webbing support for my outdoor furniture, and the glass for a coffee table and side table were never found. I was in tears when I saw how they had shattered very expensive and irreplaceable works of art that I had instructed were extremely fragile and needed to have a special frame and boxes. Instead they were wrapped in cardboard and taped resulting in one being... Read More
A terrible experience for anyone to endure. Very unprofessional making promises that will not be kept. I would not recommend anyone use this company.
This place is a down right joke. Was called 2 days before the move was supposed to be performed and was told that they'd have to change our dates. Then, upon calling them to find out what the estimated day would be, they tell me that all of a sudden there is not a team to carry out the move after having this scheduled for more than 3 weeks. Do yourself a favor and look into everything before making the decision to go with this company. They were so friendly in the beginning and then were utterly rude in the cancellation of my move. Thanks for nothing Trinity!
This place is a joke. They tell you whatever you want to hear only to never respond to when they don’t deliver on their promise. They don’t even put your furniture back together after they take it apart, stuff arrived broken and scratched up. Expect to pay an extra $1,000 in misc charges. Avoid this sketchy “business”
The BROKER moving company does not guarantee their estimates. Were off on our move by over $4000 as well as the monthly storage fees. They do not move your things they hire a 3rd party and the prices that they quote you were not what the actual prices the real moving company charges. Unless they send a person to your house to give you a REAL estimate you will pay WAY more than expected. Caleb in customer service was trash and was not helpful at ALL. He hung up on me when questioning the discrepancy.
I wish I would have Googled this company before hiring them to move cross country. From the moment I got on the phone with Bill Rosen and Calen (manager), I knew something felt horribly bad. Trinity Relocation Group committed to moving my one bedroom apartment from Texas to Utah for a sure price so as long as I didn't add anymore items (which I did not). On the week of the move, I get a call from a lady at their office letting me know they will not be able to pick up on the dates they committed to and instead offered 3 days later - I was flying out to Utah the very next day after they picked up my furniture, etc. It was a horrible experience speaking with this lady at Trinity... The worst moving company imaginable. Failed on all accounts: Took our order but sent a subcontractor company to do the actual move (a different name appeared on it's truck), Did not show up on the date agreed upon but rather 2 days later and after many phone calls, did not finish picking the house in one day - took two days, did not arrive on the promised window of days, broke so many items in the cargo that it was a night mare, actually damaged the new house, charged a little over triple their own estimate, no retribution or responsibility taken and the so called insurance did nothing nor pay anything despite months of deliberations and much paperwork and photos submitted. Definitely a... Read More
The part where they take your money is really easy but that's about it. I was not told until the had all my belongings in the truck that I had to pay with cash or check. This would have been no issue had I been notified of this ahead of time. And had it been the only issue I could have lived with it. They contracted my work out to Rado express - This was never communicated with me. I found this out after speaking to a dispatcher from Rado Express a couple days before they were going to arrive. I was told they would arrive on friday and was given a time window. This time came and went with no communication. I tried several times to get an answer from Trinity by calling their... Read More
Dishonest, unprofessional swindlers. You are better off moving yourself! The sales person who provides the estimate seems efficient and convinces you it all go well but it was all downhill after that. They did not listen to my investory list carefully and showed up unprepared. I sent them away when they tried to ask for more money. The contract is sneaky so watch out. Go with a moving company that provides and in-home estimate and does not ask for 50% up front. Crooks!
We had a great experience. They expertly wrapped and moved with great care. Everything was expertly packed. They are extremely professional, pleasant and polite. Cost was exactly as they stated. We will definitely be calling them again for our next move!
Avoid these people at all cost. Took months to get my stuff. I was missing stuff. Stuff was broken. What I did get looked like it had fallen out of the truck more than once. Kept changing days and prices. Then they point at the subcontractor for your problems. The subcontractor is difficult at best to get on the phone. Needless to say no one wants to take responsibility. Do yourself a favor and hire a reputable company like North America. They will be honest with you and treat your stuff like it was their own. If this is your only choice just buy new stuff when you get to where you are moving.
These guys are quick and efficient, our move was so seamless. They handled our items with care and consideration and even made our life a little easier by taking our boxes to their respective rooms. We were more than happy to pay and tip these guys!
They are so strategic and efficient with placement of your items on the truck. They want to get you moved as quickly and as safely as possible. They handled it all with grace. They were polite and asked for guidance when needed. No damage. Happy customers!
On time, super friendly, and so fast. While they're fast and efficient, they aren't sloppy, either. I didn't feel rushed. They made sure all of my stuff went where I wanted it and were completely happy to move some furniture around for me when I decided I would prefer it elsewhere. I felt completely comfortable and safe with these friendly and chatty guys.
Be very careful when considering Trinity Relocation Group to support your long distance move. Essentially, the service they provide is to connect you with a company that will service your move. Read the contract carefully! They do not guarantee the price you will pay. They do not guarantee the delivery schedule. They will not act in any way as Quality Control over the vendor they select for you. For most people, it would be better to work directly with a reputable moving company or alternatively "self-move" companies like PODS and U-Haul. We have been waiting on the delivery of our furniture for over 30 working days (as described in the agreement). Everyone was quick to collect the... Read More
Although I read several disparaging words about this company, I was very happy with them they did a great job. I had several items moved from a long distance and everything came to me unharmed with the exception of one small item. I could not be happier!
This was an all-around terrible experience. I have completed moves before on my own that were better experiences. I hired a company to do this move because I did not have the time to do my move this time and wanted to make sure my things got to me in one piece. After I signed a contract with them, I heard nothing from them until a week before. I tried responding to them, and got no reply. The subcontracted my move to a moving company that has terrible reviews for their service, and I received the same treatment. All of my items were delayed, most of my furniture was damaged upon arrival. I contacted them afterwards to try and reconcile the situation and they claimed no responsibility for... Read More
This is not a moving company, they are brokers that will contract your move out to a third party to make a quick buck. Read the BBB complaints.
The move took over 30 days
The move cost twice what was estimated
All of the reviews are either 1 star or 5, which should be a red flag to anyone looking to use this company.

NEVER EVER NEVER USE TRINITYRELOCATION GROUP. If I could leave a -0000 for rating I would. A 1 STAR IS TOO HIGH. They are a complete rip off. To start with I talked with CODY who was the rep. I started off asking if this was a broker company. THREE (3) TIMES i ASKED THIS. He said ABSOLUTELY NOT. He explained they were a transit relocation company. HE LIED. He gave me his direct phone number and said to call any time. ANOTHER LIE. Called him with a question got voice mail. Never called back. Called again got someone else. They said he was on another call and could they help. Asked my question couldn't get a straight answer. Called again to try and get someone who could answer... Read More
We moved from a home that was 2700 sf. In the beginning TRG was descent to work with. However, I'm always wary nowadays when a moving company won't come out to your house to do a walkthrough and give you a proper estimate. We just assumed it would be more than we were quoted. Turns out it was THREE TIMES what we were quoted!! And my good vibe ended pretty harshly when I switched from the initial customer service rep, Gary, to the "closer", Bruce Richards. He was such a jerk! We actually ended up calling and getting someone else to handle our move because we just could not take his attitude anymore. Besides the crappy experience with Bruce, there are some other things to be... Read More
I booked Trinity for a future move and made a $2200 deposit. I was told the deposit was fully refundable within two weeks of the move, and that was a lie! They keep 50% of a deposit when the move is not scheduled for over 5 weeks. I was warned about "brokers", but learned the hard way that Trinity is as dishonest and dishonorable as they come. STAY AWAY!!!! I see from the other reviews that Trinity is very consistently dishonest and dishonorable!
Moving out of my child hood home was so hard, but Trinity has made this an absolute horrific nightmare! They hired rip off movers that showed up with 1 person to move a 5 bedroom house and then hired our teenagers under the table to help load our own items. We were then double charged for items and also weren't able to load other large items because of this limited help. The first day for available drop off was July 12, and it is now August 10th with no delivery date scheduled. We were told by Trinity that our shipment was en route on 8/1. The movers called on 8/6 and told us that our things will be loaded onto the truck on 8/8, and yet we still wait! Trinity and the movers (that... Read More
These people are liars cheats thieves and any other scum you can call it. They ripped me off for 5,000 dollars not to mention whatever back door Rado Company movers were extremely late. Not only did I pay 10x the quote I have to come up with 70% right away. The company these use is scum and so is this group. You don’t deserve a half of anything
