Worst experience of my life. Customer service is a joke, I was actually yelled at by multiple people on multiple occasions. So much so I have a text message with a half hearted apology from one of their reps. Everytime I spoke to someone the price increased, including up to moving day when the movers showed up, and the prices jumped considerably, not little adjustments. Admittedly I am not the expert when it comes to moving and I stupidly relied on Allegiane moving and storage for guidance and it was the biggest mistake of my life. Excellent service consistently. Explanation for all the moving and packing policies was timely. The Packers came on time and made sure everything was packed to satisfaction. Timely notifications of delays and estimated time of arrival were sent. Accommodated my conditions as our home was on a narrow street with too much traffic. The guys who arrived were very friendly and made sure all the unpacking, and assembly was done.
I was a little nervous since it was my first experience and the team had given me all the confidence and comfort I needed and took personal care in answering all the questions I had on this whole process. Kudos to all of them, they are a precious resource to the company.
I heard about this company from a friend. I was debating about whether or not hiring them. I am so so glad to order my services from them. The website is so easy and seamless. The movers are amazing to pack everything inch of my moving truck! I will definitely use them again for any move!
My movers were absolutely phenomenal. Two of the most personable and professional individuals I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Handled a challenging furniture with ease, and were great problem solvers. Highly recommend their service, would ABSOLUTELY work with them again.

The team was super-efficient but also very careful and everything arrived in good shape. I would definitely use them again! Very happy we used Allegiance Moving and Storage. Used them for my move from Illinois to Florida and was happy with their services. The men were extremely friendly and worked through everything to ensure the items were not damaged. I didn’t have enough time to pack the lamps and put mattress covers on, but they were able to do this for me. The movers were on time and delivered in a timely fashion. Would recommend using them. I would use them again for any future moves!
