My wife and I just got approved on our home loan in South Carolina. The absolute worst company Ashli was a fraud. The only reason I went with the company is due to them helping with people in an Active bankruptcy she omitted requirements until days before closing and even when given those documents same day she wouldnt respond to a call. She responded to me as someone else and another time as "Shawty." After rescheduling my closing a 2nd time she caused me to lose my home and the apartment i was renting at the beginning of my process me and my 3 children. I had days to find a place to live. Run this company is horrible.

My wife and I agreed to use this mortgage service but it wasn’t productive. I eventually worked with another which seemed more legit and trustworthy. We wanted to get a home and we were both scared of rejection so we had to take extra steps in getting our credit score to an excellent level first before we applied for mortgage. We signed up with creditmason.net and they got my credit into the 800s from a staggering 650 in 30days. We happily moved into our new house last month. All glory be to God and CreditMason for making it possible.

Fairway IMMEDIATELY sold our mortgage to Flagstar (who is absolutely horrendous!!). This is totally unacceptable. As far as the mortgage process it was fair except for the some of the costs being higher than average. They "sold me out" to a company I NEVER would have used ... they need to have accountability for that!

Dishonest, Not trustworthy. Tell you what you want to hear, pretend to be your buddy only to do you in. Your best off using an small independent mortgage broker. Albert Pro was not such a pro and Juan Barraza lowers the bar some more for the hack mortgage industry. My mistake though. They hosed me 9 months ago, but I allowed these guys to make me think it was the other guy. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.

I would never use this company. I tried working with them yesterday but the person that started working on my filed lied to me several times. They lied about how much payment I would qualify for regarding my home purchase. Then the next day when they sent me my pre-approval letter the amount was less than what we had discussed over the phone Then they lied how long their pre-approval letter would last before I would need a new one. Also, they kept insisting I would need to pay for mortgage insurance when I knew that was not true because I planned on putting down more than 20%. They kept insisting I would need to pay over $100.00 more per month for mortgage insurance. Run from these... Read More

Well they are ok.... , but they lock you in with escrow account for 24 months even if you have LTV 30%. Next time I will not take loan with them ! Most of the lenders will remove it with LTV 78% without time constraints. I hope this will help someone ! P.s. My broker is a pleasure to work with. He was with me the day I closed on my home. Kudos for him !
