Not happy with the customer service. Most often I have received someone answering my concerns, I cannot understand or who does not really hear my concerns (directs the call on what they hear or want to do). They speak broken English, and they most often get upset by raising their voices and change their tone as they over talk you; when you attempt to verify what is being said. And due to this lack in professional customer service I had to ask to speak to someone else to get my questions answered. I never get to speak to the agent I spoke to last time. Turnover seems high. Also they do not respond to customers needing assistance. I've tried to speak to an agent for hours now. NO LUCK.
The guy who returned my call almost 48 hours after I had been told he would spoke so fast, that most of what he said was gibberish. Then he decided he didn't have a product for me, and was going to transfer my call. The call was answered by someone who was almost clueless as to why I was calling, and when I asked if he had any of the information I had already given, his response was that he didn't, because he was with a different company. At that point I decided it was all a scam and ended the call.
Well Keith Westley was a nice guy to talk to but guy the wrong info They will charge you early and then to fix it you have to terminate your plan and wait up to 21 days to get your money back

I was very skeptical when I got such a fast call after doing a web search. Faith was VERY thorough and informative. This service is absolutely necessary and really easy to understand. Thanks for making a dreaded task much more approachable. Oh yeah, AND I got a better rate for identical coverage.

I used this plan. Anonthy was my agent and he got me a Right of Refuseal.I had knee surgery 6-4 it was 5-16.No problem.It was I'll call 10mins 1 hour,he keeps you next to the phone and E- Mail.Each E-Mail had the name Michel.All E-Mail that came had to be rerouted,This came from Anonthy.Then 3 days go by nothing,he was busy,not with meTime for op.close 5-26.I'am told to call Humana,2wks for paperwork.I have no choice cancell op.Knee is bad elevated ice ,and pain.Omaha needs at least 2 wks. to put plan into effect.Anonthy did nothing.I got temporary paper work.I talked to Heather she did not know Anonthy but it was done sloppy,Now it's 5-28 ask about do not have one,Again he said 5 mins. They took a complex financial and medical issue and translated it to layman's terms that I could understand. I would have been lost without them. I highly recommend this service for anyone reaching retirement age.
