EveryPlate is a low-cost meal kit delivery service that features simple recipes that take about 30 minutes to complete and do not require the use of many pots or pans. Their meal plans are customizable and their shipments are filled with pre-measured and fresh ingredients.

About EveryPlate

EveryPlate deliveries will include 3 recipes per week, serving 2 or 4 people, depending on the chosen plan. Customers may review pre-selected menus or choose 3 from 5 unique weekly recipes. EveryPlate meal subscription can be canceled or skipped at any time. Orders can be modified by midnight 5 days prior to the scheduled delivery date. To change the number of servings, delivery day, address, email address, payment information, password, or skip any week or weeks, customers may do so easily on EveryPlate’s website. EveryPlate boxes are usually delivered between 8 am and 8 pm.

They billed me without me actually placing an order. And tried to bill me for two weeks at once? I’m on disability and every dollar counts. It really financially messed me up. Customer service could explain what happened and refunded me but left my profile there and it was set to bill again! I’m fuming. I’ll NEVER do business with this company.

Every Plate got boring after a month or more. To get the meals I thought I might like usually added $4.99 or more per serving which made the meals $11 or more per serving. Not great. Would like a more realistic comparison between meal delivery services. Thanks, P Jones

If I could rate this ghetto food service any lower I would. They kept charging and mixing up my order where I was receiving meats and not vegetables like I picked out. This happen 2x and I canceled the account back in March 7, 2023 they continued to try and get funds from my account. Today my account was overdue from Everyplate for a box I didn't order. I was told there is no way to refund me and to donate the box to someone in need. I'm the person in need of my 49.99 that Everyplace stole from my account without authorization.

Everyplate is a scam! I went on their website to review their menu (which sucked) and 2 weeks later got a box in the mail with a $40 charge that I never authorized. When I called to complain their representative hung up on me. I had to call my credit card company to cancel the charges. They will scam you out of any money they can, like an $11 dollar delivery fee.

I am writing due to EveryPlate charging me an incorrect amount for my transaction placed on January 6, 2023. I received a promotional e-mail from EveryPlate for previous customers asking them to come back and receive a promotional offer of $1.39 per meal. I clicked the promotional email’s link, it took me to EveryPlate’s web site, I logged in, and the promotional discount code was already filled into the promotional box. The code was 4J-MQSAV. I chose to order 5 meals at 4 servings each (20 total meals). For $1.39 per meal in addition to the $10.99 shipping fee, minus the $72.00 discount, the total came out to $38.79 (from $110.79). I've been a customer for a while. They removed any way to submit feedback other than a phone call. 6 calls, all to the Philippines. Previously, I spoke with employees in the US. The 5th representative hung up on me after telling me he was in the Philippines. Calls are recorded. Apparently, they've removed any way to correspond with them or offer feedback, and outsourced their jobs (I can only assume). I'll pay more from a company that cares.

Was subscribed, and had two out of the last three boxes I received arrive completely thawed, leaky, and too warm for safe food temperatures. The first box was credited to my account, but the second they were only going to offer a credit for the meat items despite the disgusting gel leaking all over everything else. I explained that I would cancel. I got a call from a supervisor stating that they would give me a full refund for the box and hope that I would try them again, to which I said I would consider it. When signing up for a gifted box, it was unclear that I was signing up for a weekly subscription. Didn’t realize I was getting another box until I got a text message saying my box was going to be delivered tomorrow. Called customer service and the first guy put me on hold to check with his supervisor to see if there was anything they could do about a refund as it’s not something I could afford (I’d be happy to send the box back unopened) and got hung up on while on hold. After calling back the second guy completely stonewalled me. I’ll make sure to tell everyone I know not to use this service.

Although my first box was deeply discounted due to a coupon given to me, I chose the plan for four people and four meals. Upon delivery, I did not receive one meal and some ingredients , chili peppers, lime, etc. were not in my box. Upon calling them, instead of them sending what they omitted from my meal plans, they said they would give me a credit on my next box. This was a first delivery and with the issues I had, I will not be ordering a second box. I was anything but impressed.
