Our Saatva mattress is sagging after 3 years and is not comfortable!
We bought the Saatva luxury firm and after a week it was sagging on my husbands side. He only weighs 165. We figured it was a defect so returned and got another and after a week it was sagging on both sides .I only weigh 110 pounds. We decided to return again and now we are at a loss as to what to buy. What an inconvenience. The customer service was great though.
I personally find the mattress very uncomfortable I purchased a luxury firm . Not very happy
The Zen Haven mattress (latex mattress with organic cotton cover) has a manufacturing problem which causes mold to grow in the mattress. The company refuses to make it right, instead telling me to buy another mattress from them. This is a health and safety risk.
Terrible product that they DO NOT stand behind.
It is the best mattress I have ever own. Delivery on time as they said they would deliver on Saturday at noon. Noon time here they are. I have a King size - medium firm for over a year and still as good as news. You would fall in sleep almost immediately. It is pricy but worth it.

We spent the most we've ever spent on a Saatva mattress in the summer of 2014. I loved it that year. My husband wanted to get rid of it at least 3 years ago citing that it was too soft! I have turned it around, head to foot, etc every few months; I have even turned it over to sleep on the underside!! There is a dip into the middle from both sides. I am trying to 'hang on' to it longer, because it was so expensive. It will be extrememly difficult to find another because reviews give you and others top marks. Did they wait for over a year of sleeping in it before reviewing? Hmmmm, doubtful.
