This company does not honor its return policy. The California Department if Justice is investigating this company because of the many complaints against it and because it is not legally registered to conduct business in California.

I ordered a 3-in-1 mattress on November 5, 2018. I cancelled the order December 18, 2018. They just didn't deliver. One of my emails received a promise of delivery, which wasn't fulfilled. I only waited so long because my daughter and her husband have one and like it. I think the company has gone under.

Our initial interaction with Luxi Sleep as a company was great (good service, quick delivery of the mattress), but unfortunately the mattress didn't work out for my wife and I (it caused back pain). Our main issue, however, is the fact that the company has still not issued us a refund for the mattress we returned/donated, despite the fact that our refund was "approved" by the company on May 18, 2018. We had multiple email, chat, and phone interactions where we were assured that we would receive our refund.
