Made to last between 10 and 15 years, Loom & Leaf mattresses are compatible with adjustable motorized frames as well as traditional frames and foundations, including platform beds with solid surfaces or horizontal slats spaced less than 4 inches apart with central support. All Loom & Leaf mattresses are delivered to your home and installed completely, which includes the free removal of your old mattress and foundation (up to two items; additional items will incur a removal fee). Although the company's mattresses are a little on the high end when compared to similar products we have reviewed, they are made with U.S.-sourced quality organic and eco-friendly materials and feature an extended trial period of 120 days. The company also offers financing options through Klarna at 0% APR for six months and a 50% discount for military servicemembers. Loom & Leaf offers a 120-day home trial. If you’re not satisfied with the mattress, you may return it for a full refund, excluding the delivery fee. There are no penalties or restocking fees. Also, Loom & Leaf mattresses have a 15-year warranty. If the mattress is deemed defective within the first two years, it will be replaced with a new mattress at no cost. After the first two years, the mattress will be repaired and recovered by the manufacturer, and you will only be responsible for the $99 transportation fee for each way.
Loom & Leaf also offers a “Fairness Replacement Option” coverage that allows customers to return their mattress without having to dispute the defect. In years 3 to 5, the company will deliver and install a brand-new mattress for 25% of the original price paid. In years 6 to 10, for 50% of the original price. And in years 11 to 15, for 75% of the original price. In any case, with the Fairness Replacement Option, you get to keep the original mattress. An additional delivery fee of $99 applies. Notably, Loom & Leaf’s warranty remains valid even if the mattress is used on a platform bed.
