I have recommended DoYourOwn Will.com to several people who have used it and found it easy and effective. Not being an attorney, I can't comment with authority on the validity of the documents, etc. I get the impression that they attempt to accommodate various state requirements. Most of the people we referred to this site did not have huge financial savings, or complex ownership of assets, etc. to protect. But there were several with concerns about the guardianship of their children if there were to be some tragic end to both parents lives. Everyone using it had no complaints.
