We paid for a month service to post a job and every single applicant that applied didn't respond to our requests to interview with them. Now to me that seems sketchy. All 33 applicants didn't respond? Statisically what are the odds of that? I'm thinking they are bogus applicants! When I asked about why they weren't responding to us, the salesperson simply said "oh we never have bad seeds like that who don't respond, but if you buy up on your package, I can guarantee a response". What, did they really just say that to me? TOTAL SCAM.
I used zip recruiter. I have gotten 6 candidates in two weeks .None of them are near our location.
I contacted Zip and they said for An additional $1,200 I could get postings closer to me.
This is not a truthful operation and I would rate them very poorly. The original person was very nice and when I called to complain, they refered me to some one else and for the additional amount I could get more candidates. Why was this not told to me in the beginning????
