The website offers a massive database coupled with comprehensive filters and resume management tools. One nice feature is that the links to jobs take the applicant directly to the hiring page of the listing company's website, thereby providing job hunters with the most complete and up-to-date information about open positions. Intelligent alerts and excellent customer feedback further cements ZipRecruiter as an outstanding job search website.

Many of their job postings have a one-click application option that makes the process that much easier. The site itself features a clean, spare, design that's easy to navigate and easy on the eyes.

We paid for a month service to post a job and every single applicant that applied didn't respond to our requests to interview with them. Now to me that seems sketchy. All 33 applicants didn't respond? Statisically what are the odds of that? I'm thinking they are bogus applicants! When I asked about why they weren't responding to us, the salesperson simply said "oh we never have bad seeds like that who don't respond, but if you buy up on your package, I can guarantee a response". What, did they really just say that to me? TOTAL SCAM.

I used zip recruiter. I have gotten 6 candidates in two weeks .None of them are near our location. I contacted Zip and they said for An additional $1,200 I could get postings closer to me. This is not a truthful operation and I would rate them very poorly. The original person was very nice and when I called to complain,they refered me to some one else and for the additional amount I could get more candidates. Why was this not told to me in the beginning????
