ID Watchdog provides some effective tools to monitor and protect you from personal identity theft. However, its entry level service which comes at a comparably higher price of $14.95 only provides limited protection. And without the $1 million insurance offer, the cost of restoring your personal identity could be costly.

They are just as bad as Lifelock for verifying your ID for account setup. IDWatchdog pulls erroneous data from public records which then screws up your account creation requiring a call to customer service. They could not even figure out that my wife's relatives have been dead for years, yet IDWatchdog asked for their ages. They can't seem to separate my wife and someone else with the same name elsewhere in the neighborhood. so what good are they?
hi this is Neverterry Clay at 11:45am 04/05/2019 I spoke to Mr. Walter from Iberia Bank C.Service locate in Alabem he had my birthday in my social s. number alone with my P.O.Box address I called the Iberia Bank locate in Breaux Bridge (337)332-2149 there was a hold on the phone line for more than 10 minutes.So I will go to the Breaux Bridge locate. but for now what do I have to do.
This service was absolutely useless! I signed up for credit monitoring for me and my entire family. I paid a hefty annual fee. The one time that I applied for a credit card and was approved, ID watchdog failed to notify me in any manner. When I called and spoke with customer service, they apologized and called it a glitch in their system. They said they would open to ticket to ensure that "things go smoothly moving forward." Rather than saying we screwed up and you should not be charged a penny for our error, they essentially said they'd keep my pre paid annual fee. ID Watchdog is a joke. Don't waste your money. The customer service is horrible and very incompetent. If you need your credit protection done right go with a reputable company like Life Lock that gave proven results.
