I will NEVER book with Travelocity again. I am 64 years old and have traveled my entire life, and not once in my life, until Travelocity, have I been charged a fee to cancel a rental car OVER 1 MONTH IN ADVANCE. Do not use Travelocity to book travel under ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. THIEVES.
We stayed in the holiday inn at Salem New Hampshire it was the best stay ever Mike and his team at the front desk and Bill and that team for breakfast was outstanding also . Thanks for making out stay so welcoming
Read the fine print, I had a death and had to cancel the one hotel I booked using Travelocity, I cancelled every other hotel with no problem but with two days the notice the hotel wouldn't even talk to me, I waited forever to get through to Travelocity and they said they had a three day cancellation policy. I was out $432. Never heard of anywhere you couldn't cancel with 24 hours or even last minute but three days ahead. Guess I will have to plan my deaths before they die. Don't use Travelocity, go direct to hotel web site, an expensive lesson.

El callejón que conduce al hotel está muy mal y la gente podría batallar para encontrar el hotel, nosotros usamos el GPS y no... Read More
TRAVELOCITY.COM IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY Travelocity’s Philippines based Customer Desk misspelled my first name (he missed the letter “e” in Gregory). In the post 9/11 world, this means that you will be denied boarding the transatlantic flight. Over the next 3 days, I spent a total of 18 hours trying to impress on them that since they took my money it is their responsibility to call the airline and fix it. They told me that this is how I spelled my name to them (Could you believe it!) and just walked away from me. Incidentally, I am convinced that they routinely make people wait for long hours on the phone hoping that a disgruntled customer would get discouraged and would just walk... Read More
