Hotelbooking.com is an online hotel booking site, as evidenced by the name itself. Their results are powered by hotelclick.com, and they can offer rooms in their database of 200,000 hotels worldwide. There is very little information about the company online, and they have zero presence on consumer review websites such as the Better Business Bureau and TrustPilot.

Total scam company, I inquired about a specific room at a local hotel, only to find that the C/S agent was in another country, and could not verify my requests. Ran my credit card when I asked them not to due to the fact the hotel I inquired about could not meet my needs, added a 15.99 service fee. Not to mention I did not even stay at the hotel but was still charged. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE SCUM BAGS, They are based out of Italy, and will scam you with out remorse or guilt. As another person has posted here, they will tell they don't care about you, only your money.
This company is a liar and a thief. Charging me extra 35.00 for late checkout that i didn't get and then when i tried to get it fixed when i got to the room they told me to pay for my room again and the hotel would refund the double booking charges. They did not refund me anything. And they put me in a hotel that had people living with their pets in the dumpsters outside. The room was so terrible i wouldn't take my shoes off to walk on the carpet. So nasty and scary beyond belief. Refused to refund my money so i ended up paying for the same night twice. And spent 4 hours on the phone and got nowhere. Im going to blast this company on every domestic and international social media... Read More
