Scohaire , New York, Quality Inn is a terrible place to stay. Hotel workers were very nice. The hotel was not so great. One towel, one cup in a two bed room. The toilet continued to run. TV, and phone did not work. Desk clerk did not fix or replace either. Breakfast was a joke. Only cold cereal, bagel or English muffin. Toaster was broke so had to use microwave to warm a bagel. Only plus this hotel has is that the employees were nice. Ok I have to rate this hotel and can’t give it a zero so rating is to correct.
Horrible customer service. Both at the property and the customer service phone line. NO HELP AT ALL!!!! Much better options for the price.
I stayed in a filthy room with a rusty sofa bed .. the mattress had rust stains and the whole thing was just nasty . I was give 15 dollars off my stay . When I called choice they said they don’t control the hotels because they are individually owed. All I got from customer service was I am sorry and no actual compensation. I am disappointed with the choice chain and I am a diamond member. I will never stay in another choice hotel again .
This review is strictly about my experience w/booking. I made reservations on 3/23/23, it was for 3 separate rooms w/2 of the rooms for two nights and one room for one night. The customer service rep I spoke with was very difficult to talk to because she insisted on pushing my use of my points/rewards and not too interested in actually listening to me and getting my details/information correct. So the reservation ended up being wrong. I ended up calling the hotel directly as I needed to add a day to our stay since the CSR only booked our room for one night instead of two. I was charged by the CSR $78 to "buy points", but then ended up paying more for the 2nd night she neglected to... Read More
The worst experience I have ever had with such a disgusting display of disrespect and unprofessionalism! I called on behalf of my boss to cancel a reservation which says on the website its a 7 day cancelation policy AFTER booking. It says nothing about the policy prior to making the booking. After booking the reservation your supposed to get an email, none was ever received. I called the hotel and kindly asked to cancel due to an emergency and the young lady I started the conversation puts me on hold and when the phone is answered again I am greeted by a paul or peter that claims he is from the corporate office. He explains that there is a 30 cancelation policy and that he cannot do... Read More
Quality Inn, Mansfield, PA. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. My family was displaced from our home due to a house fire. The Mansfield location was the only hotel that was available for extended stay that could accommodate us that also was pet friendly. We needed a hotel in our children’s school district for convenience for district transportation. Or we would of checked out after 2 days. Staff extremely rude! Especially the General Hotel Manager and Head Front desk supervisor. Pet friendly? And family friendly? Not if you have a typical dog or children! You pay $25 a day for a pet fee. But if your pet or children lightly soil any of this hotel’s all white linens. You are called... Read More
Comfort Inn in Burnet, TX. Great job!!!! Thanks Ronda at the front desk. We were on the road and had to make a reservation with very bad phone reception. She was very patient and pleasant to deal with. Very friendly. Took the necessary information, when we arrived everything was ready. We signed the paperwork and went to a nice clean room. In the morning we enjoyed a nice breakfast, left, knowing the Comfort Inn would be our first call in the future. Thank you, Ronda,
