Fast service, good tech support, but let down by terrible business ethics and very poor SPAM filtering compared to say Rackspace who use Cloudnet (almost zero false positives). I paid Apps4Rent to upgrade my account to a later version of Exchange. It involved moving to annual billing. I didn't notice that I was being double charged with the previous (and not used) version of Exchange still left active on my account. I requested refund or credit, they wrote saying it was my fault and subsequently despite tech support promising billing would contact me, they haven't. I moved to Rackspace. I have been using Hosted Exchange service from Apps4rent for 2 years now. So far the experience has been good and I am satisfied with the Service. I was using there Hosted Exchange 2013 plan and they seamlessly upgraded my account to Exchange 2016 without any data loss. The support is also good and my experience with the support has always been positive. The best part is they are available 24x7 which is good for the people like me who are in travel industry and E-mail is lifeline for my business. Hope they continue providing this great service.
