Apps4rent have the best quality QuickBooks Hosting service, and they offer 24/7 support which is no match to other services.
You can add services really quickly but cannot cancel it.

You also CANNOT remove your credit card from on their file. You of course can add many payment methods but cannot delete.
Not sure if this is related, but we also had seen a rise in fraudulent charges in the said credit card number on file.
Otherwise, the actual product/service was decent.
We tried several hosting providers for our QuickBooks Enterprise application. However, we were disappointed by the lack of support the vendors provide. Thankfully, we found App4Rent. It helps that they are Intuit partners and are one of the few service providers offering 24/7 support.
Emma identified the existence of an incorrect SRV record at my hosting provider, BlueHost. The incorrect value was replaced with the correct value, which was also provided by Emma. This was required to correct annoying pops-ups appearing each time I open OUTLOOK into my Hosted Exchange account.
I was looking for O365 Migration and stumbled upon Apps4Rent. The sales executives were very attentive and provided an appropriate solution and were very quick in the whole migration process.
THE SERVICE HAS BEEN DOWN FOR 3 DAYS.......COMPANY CAN NOT BE REACHED.........DEAD SILANCE....
JUMPING THE SHIP AS SOON AS I CAN GET MY DATA.........
I propose a class action against the company, no answers to calls no answers to chat, critical email host exchange down since Sun. 2 AM after they charge some of the customers.....
The QB hosting is down since 06/ 26/2021. Apps4Rent does not return calls, emails, texts, anything. Apps4rent stole our company's financial data.
Mail has been out for 2 days and they don't answer their phones or respond to tech support chat. Are they out of business now?
My account is hosted via Account Edge connect.Syetem is down since Monday Morning 6/28/21 .Sent many messages, submitted tickets no response.Telephone is ringing nobody picks up.Can not trust for your critical applications.
Networks have been down all weekend and phones go straight to busy signal without even ringing. Mission critical apps should no be hosted by this company.

I have used Apps4Rent for several years. I operate a small business with less than 15 employees. They provide a cost effective alternative to hosting and managing an exchange server. Their support is top notch.
The support Engineer was very cooperative, patient, and helpful. All my issues were resolved on chat within minutes.
I've had this service for about a month and have had to contact customer support multiple times a week. We're experiencing incredible lag time, frozen programs and programs closing randomly. The services we've subscribed to are Quickbooks and Microsoft 365.
Currently, there are two of us unable to work and waiting for a call back from one of their tech supports. It's been an hour and a half.

They helped me in migrating SharePoint data of 200GB from one tenant to another. It was quite a good experience. I am so impressed with the responsiveness of the team, it was so quick and helpful.
