After 4 months of providing documents and been told that loan was approved and ready for closing, communication stopped and was told later that it was not possible to get the loan without explanation. I would not recommend this company to do a refi or any type of mortgage. If you want fast approval and closing go to American Financing, they are great and I did the closing in 22 days.
